Over the past several years, the number of 1-bedroom apartments available for a variety of assignment groups has not kept pace with demand. Because of very limited availability, students seeking couples housing for their second, third and fourth years of medical school, may complete an Incumbent Student Couple Housing Application. These applications are distributed and accepted from February 1 to April 1 and are accepted on a wait list basis only. All applications received by April 1 are randomly ordered and assigned a wait list order number. Applications received after April 1 are added to the end of the wait list. The wait list remains in effect until September 1.
