Apartment Hunting

Most medical students look for an apartment within walking distance of the medical school. Besides being convenient, apartments in this area generally have lower rents than those downtown. The University established the Off-Campus Housing Resources Center (304-5884). The center is located on the first floor of Bard Hall and provides students with the tools and resources needed to find an apartment in the metropolitan rental housing market. Adele Selik, the center’s manager is working with local landlords and brokers to identify upcoming apartments and is working with graduating students to create an apartment database.
